Hotel Alexander Zurich Old Town

Behulpzaam personeel dat 's ochtends vriendelijk was en onze kleding naar de wasserij bracht. S middags werden we natuurlijk goed geholpen door twee mannen.

My stay at Alexander was great! The location in the old town was fantastic and the breakfast had a good selection including lactose-free milk. I especially loved the comfortable mattress and pillows in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, had a great stay. Everybody was welcoming. Our small king room was functional, fashionable. Quick check-in was a bonus. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient. It was ideally located about 15 min walk to a historical museum and 10 min walk to Main Zurich train station.

The location of this hotel is great! It is situated in the heart of a busy cobblestone pedestrian street, close to many restaurants, shops, and easy to find from the transportation hub. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding. The hotel facilities are great too, with a Nespresso machine, free minibar, and great internet connectivity.

This place was quaint and had excellent location and staff, I loved it. Lots of meals for breakfast, including cereals, fresh bread, pastries and croissants.

I had a great time at Hotel Alexander during my recent stay in Zurich. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing me with a kettle and iron for my room. The hotel's location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a Coop supermarket. The air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver during the hot weather. As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's close proximity to the train station and tram, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially Reni and her colleagues, were incredibly warm and welcoming. We appreciated the complimentary water and apples in the room, as well as the chocolate on the pillow. The bed and bathroom were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. And last but not least, the breakfast was absolutely delightful.
